The Apple Giveaway (“Promotion”) is organized by Win Bonanza (“Sponsor”) and offers eligible participants the opportunity to win Apple-branded products, subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion begins on April 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT and ends on May 8, 2026 at 11:59 AM EDT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Promotion is open only to registered Win Bonanza players located in eligible U.S. jurisdictions and is not available in the following states: CA, CT, DE, ID, MI, MT, NJ, NV, NY, TN, WA, and FL. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and participants may access free play options at https://winbonanza.com/. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet the requirements. 

Participants may earn entries during the Promotion Period by completing qualifying actions on the platform. Each daily bonus claim earns one (1) entry. Participants who claim their daily bonus and engage in gameplay using Sweeps Coins (“SC”) on the same day will earn one (1) additional entry. Only gameplay using SC qualifies for this Promotion. All qualifying activity must occur within the Promotion Period to be eligible. 

Participants may also earn bonus entries through consecutive daily participation. A seven (7) day streak of daily bonus claims will earn five (5) bonus entries. Participants who maintain a continuous daily bonus claim streak from April 21, 2026 through May 8, 2026 will earn an additional ten (10) bonus entries. A streak is defined as consecutive daily bonus claims, and failure to claim a daily bonus on any given day will reset the streak. 

A total of one (1) prize will be awarded during the Promotion Period. The prize consists of one Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (256GB), or a similar Apple-branded product as determined by the Sponsor. Specific model, configuration, and color are subject to Sponsor discretion. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted for cash. 

All eligible entries earned during the Promotion Period will be included in a single random draw. One (1) winner will be selected within seven (7) business days following the end of the Promotion Period. The winner will be announced on the Win Bonanza Winners Page and/or contacted directly. 

There is a limit of one (1) prize per person and per household during the entire Promotion Period. All winners are subject to verification and must comply with Sponsor requirements. Prizes will be delivered following successful verification and confirmation. Winners may be required to provide accurate personal information and sign documentation as a condition of receiving the prize. Winners must be present at the designated delivery address to accept and sign for the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping or delivery services, and failure to complete verification or accept delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Win Bonanza policies. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, and may suspend or close such participant’s account. Disqualified participants may be excluded from future promotions. 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and the Promotion is void where prohibited by law. This Promotion is subject to Win Bonanza’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and participation is limited to eligible jurisdictions. Bonuses and promotional availability may vary by location.
