How to Request a Prize with Sweeps Coins

By Wren Brightstar Sweeps Coin Prize Requests

Wren follows document and identity checkpoints, illustrating the Sweeps Coin prize request process.

Quick Answers

  • Sweeps Coins (SC) won through play that meets our rules may be redeemed for prizes; Gold Coins (GC) cannot.
  • Our daily prize request minimum is 50 eligible SC and the maximum is 9,550 SC; other limits apply.
  • Account checks, prize review and prize delivery are separate steps with different wait times.

From Wren’s Navigation Notes

Five Lights on the Pathframe

During a systems drill, our station lost power every thirteen minutes. Because the timing was so regular, we assumed one fault was repeating. It was not. Several stages were failing in sequence, which was tidier than the explanation… and much less convenient.

I mapped five stages on my Pathframe: supply, transfer, control, response, and recovery. Once each light showed which step had passed, stalled, or failed, we knew where the work belonged.

An SC prize request also moves through separate stages. Your eligible balance, submitted request, ID check, and prize review each describe one part of the process. Follow them in order instead of treating the entire request as one signal.

Which Coins Can Be Used for a Prize?

Gold Coins, or GC, are for fun and cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins, or SC, are for sweepstakes play. You cannot buy SC directly. No purchase is needed to get SC, enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances.

For a prize request, we check SC won through play that meets our rules. SC you collect generally need one-time qualifying play first. This means play that counts under our rules. A game, offer or region may set a different requirement.

If your SC have a playthrough rule, playing the game WAR does not count toward it. See section 4.7 of our rules. A 1× requirement tells you how much qualifying play is needed. It does not promise the same balance afterward.

You do not need to keep playing to reach a prize request minimum. See our GC and SC guide for an example.

What Are the SC Prize Limits?

Each limit below measures a different thing. These figures come from our Sweepstakes Rules, version 1.2.

SC prize and play limits
Rule Limit Keep in mind
Prize value 100 eligible SC won through qualifying play has a prize value of 100 USD. All prize checks still apply.
Daily request minimum 50 eligible SC. GC do not count.
Daily request maximum 9,550 eligible SC. Other limits still apply.
Florida: one play 4,900 SC maximum prize redemption value. This is a limit for one play.
48-hour win limit 10,000 SC where we allow play without a special state restriction. We adjust amounts above this limit. The 48-hour period is separate from a day.
Review of one play A result of 10,000 SC or more is reviewed and may be voided. A review is not an approval.

We may process only one request per account in a 24-hour period. That does not mean it will finish within 24 hours. Check the full Sweepstakes Rules for all limits.

Check Your Account Details

You must be at least 18, or the legal adult age that applies to you if it is higher. You must meet our home address and current location rules. Use your one Win Bonanza account, with your real details.

Check your legal name, birth date, address, email and phone. If something changed, ask Mission Control, our support team, to update it. Do not use a VPN to hide your location. Our guide to who can play gives the full check.

Accounts and payment methods must meet our ownership rules. We may require the method used for a related GC purchase. Check your bank details and make sure the receiving bank can accept the prize.

How to Submit Your Request

    1. Open the official Win Bonanza site and sign in.
    2. Go to the prize request area and check the eligible SC shown.
    3. Read the prize option and its steps.
    4. Match your request details to your account and records.
    5. Complete the checks we ask for through our official process.
    6. Review the request, submit it, and save its date and reference.

Use the steps in your live account if a screen label has changed. If you already have a pending request, check it before sending another.

Track a Prize Request

  1. Check the Requirements

Check which SC qualify, the current limits, your account details, and where you are.

  2. Submit and Verify

Save the request number and send any documents requested through the official process.

  3. Follow the Status

Check whether the request is under review or complete. Ask support which step is waiting.

Account checks, prize review, and delivery are separate steps. No finish time is guaranteed.

Wren’s Field Note

Name the Waiting Step

On my Pathframe, “waiting for a reply” and “check complete” have different markers. They are not interchangeable, although a room full of people can discuss one light long enough to make them sound identical.

Record the exact status, the date, and the last message you received. “Waiting for review since Tuesday” identifies a checkpoint. “Nothing works” may describe the day accurately, but it does not tell support where to begin.

Which Records May We Need?

We may ask for government photo ID, proof of your home address, or proof that an account or payment method belongs to you. A passport, driver’s license or state ID may be accepted. Follow your request for the exact record type and date limits.

Extra checks may apply when one request, or your requests added together, exceed a prize value of 2,000 USD. This is an ID check threshold. It is not a tax threshold or a promise of a prize.

Send records in the required form within 30 days of our first request for them. Missing records may keep a request pending or lead us to refuse it or take account action. If you cannot provide a record, contact support promptly.

Check unexpected requests by opening your account yourself. Send private records only through our official process. Never send your password or a one-time code.

How Long Do the Checks Take?

Account verification means checking your account and ID. It usually takes three to seven business days after you submit all requested records. Missing details or busy review periods can change that estimate. Contact support if more than seven business days pass without an update.

Prize review has a separate timeline. It may take up to one month after we receive all requested records and you pass KYC and legal review. KYC means “Know Your Customer,” our ID and account checks.

These review times do not promise when a prize will arrive. When you ask about a delay, include the request reference, status, key dates and last record upload date. Our guide to prize request delays helps you find the next step.

Save Your Request Records

Our transaction history shows the past 14 days of GC purchases and prize redemptions. Save useful records while they are there. Keep the request date, SC amount, completion notice and any changes.

We restored the station when we stopped restarting the entire system and repaired the step that had actually failed. Treat a prize request the same way: record what is complete, identify what is waiting, and follow the instruction for that step.

Your Next Step

Have your request reference, status and key dates ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which coins can be used for a prize request?

SC won through play that meets our rules may qualify for a prize request. GC cannot be exchanged for prizes. Your account and request must pass the other checks too.

What should I do before submitting an SC prize request?

Check your eligible SC, the current limits and your account details. Follow the official request steps, review the information and save the request date and reference number.

Is account verification the same as prize approval?

No. Account verification, prize review and delivery are separate steps. Completing an identity check does not mean a prize has already been approved or delivered.

What records should I keep for a prize request?

Keep the request date, SC amount, reference number, status changes and completion notice. Save useful account records while they are available, including records you may need for a tax adviser.
