From Wren’s Navigation Notes
The Seal I Had “Already” Checked
At the Reach Cartographic Academy, I completed a preflight inspection of a rescue craft and handed my checklist to the instructor. He returned it with one finger resting beside a blank box: the hatch seal had no inspection mark.
“I checked it earlier,” I told him.
“Will ‘earlier’ be joining us on the flight?” he asked.
Fair question. Annoying delivery.
Without the mark, he could not tell whether I had inspected the seal or merely intended to. We checked it again, recorded the result, and only then cleared the craft for departure.
I remember that lesson when preparing a mail request. No purchase is needed to get Sweeps Coins (SC), enter, or win at Win Bonanza, and a purchase does not improve your chances. The entry method still has exact requirements. Keep the current rules beside you and confirm each step as you complete it.
What Does AMOE Mean?
AMOE means alternative method of entry. It is a way to enter without a purchase. At Win Bonanza, you can send a handwritten mail request if you meet our player and location rules. A request that meets every step may receive 5 Sweeps Coins, or SC.
SC are the coins we use for sweepstakes play. You cannot buy SC directly. Getting them by mail does not make them an approved prize. Our guide to how sweepstakes casinos work explains the next steps.
You do not need to buy a Gold Coin (GC) package to enter by mail. You may still have normal paper, envelope and postage costs.
Check Your Account First
You need an active account. Check your legal name against your government ID. Then check your registered email, return address and user ID. The details in the request must match that account.
You must be at least 18, or the legal adult age that applies to you if it is higher. Your home address and where you are now must both meet our location rules. Our guide to who can play covers the full check.
Need to fix an old address or another detail? Ask Mission Control, our support team, before you write the request. Keep your existing account; our account rules allow only one active account at a time.
Prepare the Paper and Envelope
Keep section 3.2.4 of our Sweepstakes Rules open. Page 4 gives the exact statement and envelope wording; page 5 continues the mailing and handwriting requirements. Copy the required words as written, then check both pages before sealing the envelope.
| Part | What you need |
|---|---|
| Envelope | A stamped number ten envelope with one request inside. |
| Envelope front | Your return mailing address and the exact words in the rule. The address must match your account. |
| Paper | Use one side only. Write clearly. |
| Required statement | Copy the full statement from section 3.2.4. Do not change or leave out words. |
| Your details | Your full name as shown on government ID, registered email, registered return address and user ID. |
| Handwriting | Write it yourself by hand. Do not use a printer, autopen or another machine. |
| Where you mail it | The same state or province as your registered return address. |
Unreadable writing can make a request invalid. We may ask another company to check the handwriting. A neat envelope does not fix a missing word or wrong user ID.

Check the Mailing Address
Our mail entry address is:
10-8707 Dufferin Street, ThornhillPO BOX #157
Ontario, Canada L4J 0A2
Compare it with the current mailing address in the rules just before you mail the request. Keep in mind, this is just a processing address in Canada. It does not mean people in Canada can use our sweepstakes play; check the permitted territory separately.
Send one request in each envelope. Do not combine requests, use both sides of the paper or copy a statement from a different offer.
Wren’s Field Note
Wren’s Field Note: Make the Details Match
At my worktable, I place a route request beside its envelope and the crew list. Then I compare the same details across all three: name, destination, identification, and departure point.
It is not the most thrilling part of mission planning. It is remarkably good at finding a wrong name before the wrong person reaches the launch bay.
Use the same method for your mail request. Compare your account details with what you wrote on the paper and envelope. Then confirm where the request must be mailed from and where it must be sent.
Clear handwriting helps. Matching information is what matters.
Check Your Request Before Mailing
-
Match Your Account
Check your legal name, email, registered address, and user ID.
-
Check the Materials
Use the exact text in your own handwriting, one-sided paper, and one request per envelope.
-
Check the Route
Check where the request must be mailed from and the address it must be sent to.
Use section 3.2.4 on page 4 and page 5 of the Sweepstakes Rules for the exact statement, envelope wording and mailing requirements.
What Happens After You Send It?
A request that meets all our rules may receive 5 SC. Mailing it does not promise a credit. We do not give a fixed delivery or review time in this guide. Save the date you mailed it and the rule version you used.
SC you collect generally need one-time qualifying play before they can be used toward a prize. This means play that counts under our rules. A game, offer or region may have a different requirement. WAR does not count toward an imposed playthrough requirement.
Game results can change your balance. Meeting the play requirement does not finish the account and prize checks. You do not need to keep playing to reach a request minimum.
We must also complete the required ID and account checks before the free reward can qualify for redemption. Our SC prize request guide explains that process.
Keep a Short Record
Save your mailing date, destination, rule version and checklist. Keep any copy with personal details in a private place. Do not put ID or bank records in the envelope unless our official instructions ask for them.
If you later get a message asking for records, open Win Bonanza yourself to check it. Ask our support team if you are unsure. Never share your password or a one-time sign-in code.
Before You Seal the Envelope
Before sealing the envelope, check the required statement, your legal name, registered email, registered address, and user ID. Confirm the envelope wording, destination, handwriting, and mailing location. Make sure the envelope contains one request written on one side of the paper.
Mark each item only after you have checked it.
I still trust my memory. I simply no longer ask anyone else to accept “I checked it earlier” as proof. A completed checklist makes a much better traveling companion.
Your Next Step
Use section 3.2.4 as you write your request. Start on page 4, then read the continued instructions on page 5 before you mail it.
