Win Bonanza Identity Checks: Which Documents Do You Need?
By Sierra Ceres Identity Checks

Quick Answers
- Win Bonanza may ask for ID, proof of your home address, and proof that you own a bank account.
- Send complete, readable, unaltered color files. Names and addresses must match your account, and required dates must be current.
- Account checks usually take 3–7 business days after all requested files arrive. Missing details or extra checks can add time.
From Sierra’s Systems Notes
Every Archive Label Had a Job
The Ceres Garden Ring archive held seeds, fungi, soil cultures, and living specimens collected across the Reach. Each case carried separate records for its origin, handling history, and care requirements.
One rare vine arrived with its collection site and handler clearly recorded, but its humidity instructions were missing. Someone suggested using the climate at its place of origin. The idea sounded reasonable. Reasonable is not the same as verified.
I held the specimen in its transport case while I found the original care record. It required different conditions during transit than it would need after planting. The origin label told us where the vine came from. It could not tell us how to care for it now.
Account documents work the same way. A photo ID can confirm identity. An accepted recent document can confirm a home address. A bank statement can help confirm account ownership. One file does not automatically answer every question.
What Is KYC?
KYC means Know Your Customer. It is a name for identity and account checks. At Win Bonanza, we may use these checks to confirm who you are, whether you can play, and details for a prize request.
| Check | What it shows | What you may need |
|---|---|---|
| Email or phone | You can use the contact on your account | An official email link or text code entered on our page |
| Identity | Your account matches your legal name | A valid, accepted photo ID |
| Home address | You live at the address on your account | An accepted recent document |
| Bank ownership | The bank account belongs to you | A complete recent bank statement |
Passing one check does not finish them all. Follow the requests for your account. Send what we ask for, without extra private files. Our Sweeps Coin prize guide shows where the checks fit.

Use a Clear, Valid Photo ID
We accept a government-issued passport, driver’s license, or state ID. It must be unexpired. The name must match your Win Bonanza account.
Send a clear color image of the whole document. Keep every edge in view. Set it flat, use even light, and check for glare. Do not crop, cover, mark, filter, or change the image.
If your account name is wrong or has changed, ask Mission Control, our support team, how to update it. Do not edit the ID or create another account. We allow one account per person.
If our official check asks for a face scan, follow the steps on that page. Do not send identity files or codes to a stranger in a social message.
Show Your Current Home Address
Address proof must show your full name, current home address, and a date within the past three months. Accepted examples include water, electricity, sewage, cable, and home-internet bills. Vehicle registration and receipts from local authorities are also listed.
Send the complete, readable, unaltered color file. The name and address must match your account. A recent date will not fix an old address.
Check the type of document we asked for. If you do not have one, ask which accepted alternative you can use. Do not assume any letter with your name will work.
Show That the Bank Account Is Yours
Send a complete bank statement from the past three months. It must show your full name and home address matching your Win Bonanza account. Keep it readable, in color, and unaltered. Include all required pages.
We accept certain U.S. bank records for this check. Transfer-app, prepaid-card, or credit-card records may not work. Check our Help Center or ask Mission Control about your bank and statement type.
A document accepted for a bank check does not tell you every way a prize can be sent. Ask about prize delivery methods separately if that is the step you need help with.
Prepare the Documents We Request
-
Match the Request
Check what fact we need to confirm and which document we accept for that check.
-
Check the File
Make sure it is valid, dated, complete, in color, and easy to read. Check the account details.
-
Send It Securely
Use the official upload process and save the reference number.
Follow the requests for your account. You may need to complete more than one check.
Sierra’s Field Note
Leave Guesses Out of the File
The vine’s missing care instructions stayed marked as unresolved until I found the original record. I did not copy a value from another specimen, fill the blank from memory, or improve the file with an educated guess.
Plants respond to the care we give them, not the confidence behind our guesses.
Before uploading a document, check what the request needs that file to prove. Compare the name, address, date, document type, and full page with your account information. If something is missing or does not match, ask how to correct it. Do not alter the original or send a different file based on a guess.
How Long Do Account Checks Take?
Account checks usually take 3–7 business days after all requested documents arrive. Missing files, mismatches, extra questions, or a busy review queue can add time. This is not a promise of approval or a timeline for the whole prize process.
-
- Send the full set of files we ask for.
- Save the date and case number.
- Check your email, including filtered folders, for follow-up questions.
- If seven business days pass with no update, ask whether all files arrived and what is left to check.
If a file was rejected, fix the reason given before sending it again. Our document fixes guide covers common problems.
Keep Your Files Safe After the Upload
The rare vine reached its growing chamber under the correct conditions because we found the right record before acting. We kept the original unchanged, logged where it came from, and used it only for the question it was meant to answer.
Give your account files the same care. Use the official process, send only what is requested, preserve the original documents, and keep the case details somewhere safe. A clear record protects both the review and the person whose information it contains.
Your Next Step
Check which files we need or ask about your current request.
