Your Win Bonanza Privacy Choices

By Sierra Ceres Privacy & Data Controls

Sierra adjusts controls around a central shield, illustrating privacy and data choices.

Quick Answers

  • Win Bonanza collects account, device, play, support, and identity-check data to run the service and meet legal duties.
  • Use Unsubscribe for marketing emails, reply STOP to official promotional texts, or ask support to stop all offers.
  • Email [email protected] with data questions or deletion requests. Closing an account does not erase every record.

From Sierra’s Systems Notes

Follow One Pipe at a Time

At the Ceres Garden Ring, I once had to trace a water line that passed through growing beds, coolers, and storage tanks. Looking at the whole system at once gave me too many connections to follow. When I started with one pipe and traced each branch in order, the route became clear.

Privacy choices are easier to follow the same way. Begin with the result you want: fewer messages, a copy of your data, or a request to delete certain records. These are separate requests, so naming the right one gives the team a clear place to begin.

What Data Do We Collect?

Data covered by our Privacy Policy
Type Examples
Account details Name, email, phone, address, profile, and login details
Identity checks Records that show your age, identity, home address, and bank ownership
Account activity Games, offers, purchases, and prize requests
Device and location Browser, device IDs, IP address, and location details
Support Emails, chats, and other messages with our team
Your choices When and how you agreed to messages, and when you changed that choice

Some data comes from you. Some comes from your device, use of the site, or linked services. We may record phone or video calls after telling you and getting your clear consent. Those recordings may help with training, service checks, or legal duties.

How Does Data Reach Us?

Our site uses tools such as cookies and pixels. These are small files or pieces of code that help recognize a device and track how the service is used. Our policy also covers app links, mobile IDs, and tools that help us study site use.

A linked login can share data too. If you unlink Facebook, we start deleting its data under our policy. Add a valid email to your Win Bonanza account first so you still have a way to log in. Ask support for help before removing a login you rely on.

Our account safety guide explains how to protect that email.

Why Do We Use or Share Data?

We use data to run accounts, answer support requests, check security, handle purchases and prizes, and meet legal duties. We also use it to improve the service, send notices, and market offers under our Privacy Policy.

We may share needed data within our company group and with firms that help run the service or meet legal duties. Data used for a transaction is limited to what that service needs. Other policy terms cover a company sale, marketing by partners with your consent, and sharing wins.

Winner stories may use details such as a username or part of a name, or location. Ask us about the specific use you want explained. Stopping marketing emails does not automatically stop every kind of data use.

How to Stop Promotional Messages

Our policy links marketing-email consent to accepting the policy. You can withdraw that consent. Saying no does not change your access to our service.

Choose which messages to stop
Messages What to do
Marketing emails Use Unsubscribe or contact support.
Automated calls or texts Reply STOP to an official text or contact support.
All promotional messages Email support with “Communication Opt-Out” as the subject.

Email [email protected] with your name and the email addresses or phone numbers to remove. If a message looks fake, contact us directly. Do not use its links or reply to it.

You may still receive needed account or policy notices. Ask us if you are unsure what your request covers.

Make a Clear Privacy Request

  1. Name the Change

Say which data or messages your request concerns and what you want changed.

  2. Use the Right Contact

Ask support about messages or account updates. Use the legal contact for privacy requests.

  3. Keep the Reply

Ask what changes, what stays on record, and how your identity is checked. Save the answer.

Closing an account, deleting data, and stopping messages are different requests.

Sierra’s Field Note

Name the Change You Want

I once closed the supply valve to one branch of growing beds. That stopped new water from entering the branch, but it did not empty the storage tanks elsewhere in the system. Draining those tanks required a separate step.

Privacy controls are just as specific. Tell us whether you want a copy of your data, want a particular use to stop, or want data deleted. If you need more than one change, list each request separately so none of them is mistaken for another.

Ask for Data or Changes

Email [email protected] with privacy questions. Our policy explains how to ask for access to data, object to a use, or withdraw consent. For a wrong account name or address, ask support to help update it. Our support guide can help with that message.

We need your written permission to delete data. Some records may need to stay for legal checks, account questions, or disputes. There is no single storage period for all records.

Ask how we will check your identity, what we can remove, and why we must keep anything else. Wait for instructions before sending private files. Save our reply outside your account.

What About Closing an Account?

Account closure is a separate request. It ends normal access but does not erase all records. Stopping offers does not close your account either.

We use safeguards to protect data, but no system is fully secure. Tell support right away if private data may have been exposed. Keep your email secure and remove extra private files from shared devices.

That Garden Ring repair taught me not to assume that one control changes the whole system. Use the same care with your privacy choices: name the result you want and ask what the request will and will not change. Keep the reply and I’ll keep my pipe wrench.
